日常蒸包子的小窍门你知道哪些?

1、选中筋面粉,就是普通的包饺子的面粉;

2、融化发酵粉的时候加白糖(1-2勺就行),是因为白糖是发酵粉最喜欢的“食物”,可以让面团更好的发酵;
